As you embark on your IFWY journey, we will accompany you every step of the way — from a young Catalyst to
an Explorer, and potentially a Navigator shaping global change.

You will begin your path as a Catalyst, contributing to regional dialogues and helping draft regional resolutions.
From there, you will have a chance to be nominated as one of the 150 Explorers who will refine and finalize a
globally coherent and inclusive list of policy recommendations, ensuring that diverse youth voices and
regional perspectives are represented in international fora.

During the Final Conference, a group of representatives known as Navigators will be elected by the Explorers based
on their leadership, communication skills, and commitment to amplifying youth voices throughout the IFWY process.

These Navigators will go on to represent IFWY at major international platforms — including the UN World Summit for
Social Development, COP30, and the G20 — championing youth-driven change and advocating for the final policy
recommendations throughout the year.
